Victory accepts the following forms of payment:

Shipping Policy

Victory ships to all countries world-wide via USPS Priority and First Class mail with tracking numbers provided at time of shipment. The customer assumes responsibility for any additional charges on rejected packages and any other incurred shipping fees. Victory is not responsible for shipping charges on items that are being exchanged for another size or similar product, or for customs fees incurred from importing goods. Any shipping charges incurred due to exchanges or returns for store credit are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping rates are calculated based on the total weight of the order placed, as well as the shipping destination. All items are shipped through the United States Postal Service via Priority mail or First Class mail. (First Class mail available on packages only up to 1lb. within the US.) Please note that First Class Mail packages do not have an accurate tracking number. If you are concerned about tracking your package we highly recommend opting for Priority Mail service. Victory is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in shipping.

The following chart provides estimates as to arrival dates for packages. Please remember that these dates may vary based on exact location and business days.

Within the United States : 2-4 business days
International : 6-10 business days
Canada : 6-10 business days

First Class Mail

Within the United States : 3-7 business days
International : Up to 2 weeks
Canada : Up to 2 weeks

*Free shipping promotions only apply to shipping withen the United States. Regular shipping charges apply to all other countries.


Victory will gladly except returns for an exchange or store credit of equal value. All items must be returned within 10 days of delivery. Returned items must be in new condition, unworn, with the original tags attached. Victory will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of return packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to Victory. If all conditions are met, the customer’s account will be credited. If all of the criteria is not met, items will be shipped back to the customer with an explanation. All returns must be approved beforehand. Please contact us to request a return authorization via email at: hello@victorypdx.com. The customer assumes the return shipping to Victory, unless the item is found to be defective. Returns shipped without an authorization are subject to rejection without reimbursement.

Defective Merchandise

The same return policy applies. Once the customer receives a Return Authorization, they will be sent a pre-paid shipping label via email for returning the defective merchandise.

Terms of Service

Upon ordering, a receipt is emailed detailing items purchased and shipping address. If any information is incorrect, please contact us immediately so that we can make the necessary corrections. Victory does not assume responsibility for shipping items to an incorrectly submitted address. Orders may be canceled at any time due to insufficient stock, suspicion of fraud, discovery of an incorrect item price, or any other reason we feel is necessary. If your credit card has already been charged and we cancel your order, Victory will refund your credit card account the amount of the purchase.
